Our physicians speaking at EuSEM in Torino, Italy this week
Several members of our leadership and international projects teams are speaking at The European Society of Emergency Medicine Conference in Torino, Italy this week. Our Department Chief, Dr. Richard Wolfe, is lecturing on the development of the emergency medicine specially in the Academic Track, as well as polytrauma in older patients. Our Director of International Projects and Vice-chair of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Jonathan Edlow, is lecturing on neurological emergencies. Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship Director, Dr. Beatrice Hoffman, teaches on a variety of emergency ultrasound topics while Dr. Abdel Bellou, former EuSEM president and current BIDMC International Emergency Medicine Fellowship Director, lectures on a variety of cardiac emergency topics along with the topic of implementing an emergency geriatric research program. Dr. Shamai Grossman, our Vice-chair of Quality, lectures in syncope in older patients. Come by and see us if you are in Torino.
