ED Nurse Team in Sorø, Denmark for ED Nurse Education Curriculum Building

Our nurse educator team traveled to Sorø, Denmark last week to meet with ED nurse educators from the four main hospitals in Region Sjaelland. The purpose of the visit was to work together to build a standardized ED nurse education program for Region Sjaelland nurses for 2016. The curriculum is grounded in AACN's Synergy Model and targets educational needs requested by both front-line nurses and nurse leadership teams. We were pleased to collaborate with our Danish colleagues on this shared professional goal of standardization and quality in education.
