Hospital administrators and ED leaders usually agree that improving quality, increasing productivity, and increasing patient satisfaction are worthwhile goals; however, they often disagree on how to achieve those goals. Our faculty are skilled in managing ED staff while increasing productivity, improving quality metrics, and maintaining staff satisfaction.  

Our project teams will work with you to:

  • Design compensation plans with incentives for performance and high patient satisfaction scores;

  • Perform salary analysis to grade salaries to market conditions;

  • Teach team-building programs for nurses and physicians.
