Dr. Dubosh is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and Harvard Medical School. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at BIDMC and served as a chief resident. She then completed a fellowship in medical education at BIDMC. She currently serves as the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education, Medical Education Fellowship Director, and Director of Education Research in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Dubosh has served on the Executive Committee for Clerkship Directors in Emergency Medicine for the last five years. From 2021-2022, she served as President of this organization. Her research interests include curriculum development, communication, learner assessment, and neurological emergencies. She been awarded grant funding for her research in medical education. Dr. Dubosh has authored numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts and has spoken nationally and internationally on topics related to medical education and neurological emergencies.
