Train-the-Trainers Workshop, Region Sjaelland, Denmark

Shelley Calder, RN, CEN, MSN and Karen Stockbridge, RN, MSN, CEN are in Region Sjaelland, Denmark, this week working with internal medicine nurse colleagues on a 6-day trainers workshop on adult teaching methods and best practices and how to effectively teach competencies and skills stations. 56 Region Sjælland internal medicine & neurology department educators and trainers completed 21 hours of training. We know that our Danish nurse partners will be successful in their launch of the 2018 "competency day" nurse education program!
