Associate Chief Nurse, Ambulatory and Emergency Services, BIDMC

Kirsten Boyd has over 15 years of experience in the leadership and organization of emergency services and nursing operations, and currently serves as associate chief nurse for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Ms. Boyd has worked on international projects in the areas of ED leadership and team training, ED needs assessments, ED lean strategies, ED and critical care operations, and ED nursing education and competency development. Ms. Boyd is holds both Masters in Health Care Administration and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degrees from Simmons College.
