Dr. Greg Ciottone and Former US Surgeon General to deliver keynote addresses at Caribbean Center for Disaster Medicine conference

Dr. Greg Ciottone, HMFP Faculty Member and current president of the World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine will e delivering the keynote address at the American University of the Caribbean (AUC) School of Medicine’s Caribbean Center for Disaster Medicine (CCDM), together with Dr. Richard Carmona, the 17th Surgeon General of the United States. The mission of the Center is to foster collaboration among professionals responsible for healthcare delivery, disaster preparedness, emergency response and medical education. This critical mission is the driving force behind the CCDM’s second annual International Conference on Disaster Medicine and Hurricane Resiliency, to be held March 26-29, 2020, at AUC’s medical sciences campus in Sint Maarten.
